Refund & Exchange Policy
  • Jacques & Co happily accepts refunds or exchanges.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & tags on.
  • Please click on the 'Contact us' tab on our home page or email jacquesandcomp@gmail.com for the return address and detail if you would like an exchange or refund.¬†
  • Return shipping method and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Jacques & Co.
  • Refunds are processed as soon as the returned robe has been delivered back to our office.
  • You will receive a courtesy email advising once Jacques & Co has processed the refund or in the case of an exchange when a new robe has been shipped.
