Refund & Exchange Policy
- Jacques & Co happily accepts refunds or exchanges.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & tags on.
- Please click on the 'Contact us' tab on our home page or email email@example.com for the return address and detail if you would like an exchange or refund.
- Return shipping method and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Jacques & Co.
- Refunds are processed as soon as the returned robe has been delivered back to our office.
- You will receive a courtesy email advising once Jacques & Co has processed the refund or in the case of an exchange when a new robe has been shipped.
